Initial Dental Consultation

Your first appointment at EK Dental Surgery is designed to help us understand your oral health, any concerns you may have, and the type of care that may be appropriate for you.

During this consultation, your dentist will discuss your dental history, symptoms, and treatment goals. This is also a good opportunity for you to ask questions, talk about discomfort or cosmetic concerns, and let us know what you would like to improve.

You may be asked to complete forms relating to your health history, medications, and previous dental treatment. Any available x-rays or records from previous providers may also be useful.
